Parking at the Library
The parking structure at the Library contains limited, non-reserved spaces that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Regular rate is $1.25 per 20 minutes or part thereof. No 2-hour validation will be available. Cash and card accepted for payment at exit. Re -routing of streets may occur before and during Padres home games. Early arrival in downtown is recommended.

Directions to the Library
From the North, via 163
Take the 163 South into Downtown.  The 163 becomes Tenth Avenue.  Turn left onto J Street. Turn right onto Park Blvd. Turn right on 11th Avenue.  Turn right into the library parking structure.

From the East via 94
Take the 94 West into Downtown.  The 94 becomes F Street.  Turn left on Park Blvd. Turn right on 11th Avenue.  Turn right into the library parking structure.

From the North, via 5 Freeway
Take 5 Freeway South.  Take the Tenth Avenue exit.  Turn left onto J Street. Turn right onto Park Blvd. Turn right on 11th Avenue.  Turn right into the library parking structure.

From the South, via 5 Freeway
Take the J Street exit.  Turn left onto J Street.  Turn left onto Park Blvd. Turn right on 11th Avenue.  Turn right into the library parking structure.
