Q: What if my numbers change?
A: When you book your group, we'll collect a 20% non-refundable deposit on the amount of tickets you think you'll need. You'll have until your final payment is due to finalize your ticket numbers.
Q: Do I receive a complimentary ticket after I reach 15 people in my group?
A: Yes! If your group reaches 15 people, the 16th ticket is free. Please note that complimentary tickets are not valid for special engagements or The Grinch.
Q: What happens if I fall below the minimum of 10 tickets?
A: Groups are defined by a minimum of 10 people (15 for The Grinch). If your number falls below 10, you'll be charged the full price for the tickets plus handling fees.
Q: Can I get refunds after I finalize my numbers?
A: There are no refunds or retroactive discounts on group tickets. Plays, prices, and artists are subject to change without notice. Seating is subject to availability.
Q: Will our group be seated together? What if the show sells out?
A: Since there are no deadlines for Ensembles, we can’t hold tickets, but your Ensemble can select their own seats at our website. They can even sit in differently priced sections! Sections can sell out, and so can whole performances, so we recommend purchasing as soon as possible.
Q: What if I don’t end up with 10 people? Will my tickets become full-price?
A: No, if your Ensemble is under 10 people (15 for The Grinch), you’ll still keep the 15% ticket discount, but your $35 set-up fee will not be waived.
