This summer, The Old Globe is producing Henry 6, a two-play adaptation of Shakespeare’s epic history play cycle, Henry VI, Parts I, II, and III—and you can be in the show!

Apply to be an actor, live onstage in our show!

The Old Globe will hire hundreds of community members to be onstage in one scene of our upcoming production of Henry 6. They will appear in walk-on roles and fully participate in a scene in the play. All walk-on roles will appear with the professional cast of the show, be dressed in costumes, and speak one line of Shakespeare! There will be walk-on roles available in both shows in this two-part epic.

Walk-ons will agree to arrive at The Old Globe a few hours prior to curtain time for rehearsal, and will be required to stay until intermission, approximately 9:30 p.m. Walk-ons will be compensated and will have access to comp tickets so that family and friends can see the show the night they are featured. All walk-ons will be asked to perform in two performances.
