Activate your imagination and talent as we explore the plays of William Shakespeare in a well-rounded theatre setting designed for a new generation of curious creatives. A dedicated cohort of high school–aged teens studies classical acting, voice, dance, and music while devising original work and performing scenes that bring Shakespeare’s text to life!
Pam Farr Summer Shakespeare Studio students will actively participate in an intensive curriculum of acting, movement, music, and writing classes and receive training in voice and speech, stage combat, and text. There will also be regular master classes with Globe artists and staff, many of whom are among the leaders in their fields. Students will deepen their understanding and appreciation of Shakespeare’s writing and use his work as a model for engaging with themselves and enriching their knowledge of the Bard.
Please note: Pam Farr Summer Shakespeare Studio is a fee-based program. The tuition is $725 for the program. Full and partial financial assistance toward the $725 tuition fee will be provided for those who request it pending their application submission.
