Kelly Marie is the Wardrobe Crew Chief for the Old Globe Theatre at The Old Globe. When she’s not running around backstage, she loves knitting, baking, and craft beer. She attempted gardening once and the squirrels seemed pleased. She lives in San Diego with her wife and two demanding cats.
The Bard is holding a quill and a removable manuscript (The Winter’s Tale, of course). Hand-knit, felted, and stuffed with recycled fibers. Other characters also available in the shop.
Hams are used for ironing curved areas when sewing, like darts or princess seams. Seam rolls are helpful when pressing seams in narrow areas, like pant legs and sleeves. Each is one of a kind, made from felted wool and cotton and stuffed with recycled fibers. Available individually or as a set. Prices vary.
