The Old Globe's premiere fundraising event in support of the theatre's education and artistic programs was once again a success! This fabulous black-tie event, helmed by Co-Chairs Pamela Cesak, Jo Ann Kilty, and Vicki L. Zeiger, began with a reception on the Globe's Copley Plaza and in the Craig Noel Garden. It was followed by a one-night-only performance by Carmen Cusack, recent star of the Globe's world premiere musical Bright Star, on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Globe Theatre, part of the Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. After the performance, guests enjoyed a three-course dinner catered by Giuseppe's Fine Catering and dancing to the music of the 15-piece Cab Calloway Orchestra, led by Cab's grandson, Calloway Brooks, on the Copley Plaza.
