Join us for Playback Theatre, a unique improvisational form that invites audience participants to share stories from their lives, then watch them enacted on the spot by an acting and music ensemble. The program invites audiences into a brave and celebratory performance experience inspired by the real moments of our everyday lives. The program promises to be a joyful and connective community event for intergenerational groups. Produced in partnership with Imagine and the Chrysalis--Monarch Performing Arts Center.

Part of our commitment to making theatre matter to more people, AXIS offers free cultural programs on the Globe’s Copley Plaza, led by local artists and craftspeople.
